Great is our Lord, and abundant in power; his understanding is beyond measure.
Psalm 147:5
Our Co-Founder and Co-Chair Dr. Robert C. Scott
leads a medical team comprised of U.S. based doctors and nurses who travel to
Zimbabwe, Africa four to five times per year to provide medical care and administer
life-saving anti-retroviral treatment to patients at two clinics;
Mother of Peace in Mutoko
and The Center for AIDS Services in Harare. Zimbabwean medical professionals under the
supervision of Dr. Scott provide daily care for the patients when he is working at his practice in Oakland, California.
Both clinics are the primary source of medical care for child patients living at Mother of
Peace and also, children and adults living in nearby communities. 70% of the patients are
women and children. Often, many diagnosed individuals request prayer and spiritual
guidance from Dr. Scott and his medical team.

HIV/AIDS requires life long treatment. Your donation will enable the Ministry to provide
medication to current patients and the growing number of infected Zimbabweans. With the
recent availability of generic HIV/AIDS medications, with your support, we can
continue to source and purchase life-saving anti-retroviral medication.
$150.00 provides life-saving anti-retroviral medication for one year for an adult or a
child.
With your help, together we can continue to save the lives of people diagnosed with HIV/AIDS.

Below you'll find additional information on the Medical Clinics Program and the efforts of the Ministry.
Dr. Scott personally petitioned the Zimbabwean government and applied for his medical license.
The government granted his license in 2004 and he began actively treating Zimbabweans with
anti-retroviral therapy. Given Dr. Scott's work at
Mother of Peace,
local people in the community asked Dr. Scott and his team to visit the city of Harare
where the need for licensed physicians had outgrown availability. Initially, they began
examining patients at a local hotel. Latter, The Center for
AIDS Services, an established clinic, requested Dr. Scott to begin treating his patients at
their facility.
Without the Ministry's provision of treatment and medication, untreated infected
Zimbabweans would succumb to HIV/AIDS. When Dr. Scott and his team began working
at the clinics, a significant number of patients were already in the final stages of
the disease. Only a small percentage of patients survived. But with proper medication
and medical treatment, the fatality rate has significantly reduced. Allen Temple AIDS
Ministry sources and pays for all HIV/AIDS related medications.
